Early-bird registration is open until August 15^th, 2024.

3-Day Pass Benefits:

• Includes lunch on the 24th, 25th, 26th.
• Includes the Gala Dinner on the evening of the 24th.
• Access to all conference sessions, including plenary speech and keynote speech.
• Access to all exhibition areas throughout the event.
• A conference kit, including a conference handbook and other materials.

1-Day Pass Benefits:

• Includes lunch on the selected day.
• For those with a 1-Day Pass on the 24th, it also includes the Gala Dinner on the evening of the 24th.
• Access to conference sessions on the selected day, including plenary speech and keynote speech.
• Access to all exhibition areas on the selected day.
• A conference kit, including a conference handbook and other materials.
• Conference coffee breaks on the selected day.

Technical Field Trip

Beijing Local Route：South-to-North Water Diversion Project and Great Wall (1 Day)

Hangzhou Route：Beijing-Hangzhou Canal (Hangzhou Section) and National Water Museum of China (2 Days)

Yellow River Route：Xiaolangdi Water Conservancy Project, Longmen Grottoes and Yellow River Museum (2 Days)

Yangtze River Route：Three Gorges Project and Scenery Tour (2 Days)

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policies

10% of the registration fee you paid will be charged at the time of refund, and the amount you receive may vary slightly due to exchange rates. 

All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than September 9th, 2024. No refunds will be made after this date.

*All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email to aiww3@iwhr.com.

After 11:59 PM China Standard Time (UTC+8) on September 9th 2024, registration fees are non-refundable.

No-shows (registrants who do not attend) will not receive refunds.

All attempts will be made to process refunds within 60 days of cancellation. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type.

* Only cancellations made in writing will be accepted.

The conference will refund registration fees to prepaid participants who cancelled their registration in the amount of the refund based on the date of cancellation.
